The following menu is a list of dishes which we normally prepare for the restaurant. Whilst we try to keep our menu up to date, due to our love of fresh and seasonal vegetables, our Chef regularly changes some of the dishes depending upon which ingredients are in season.

Main Courses
Please note, all our main course meals are served with a choice of either wild white rice, rice and peas or ground food (green bananas, boiled yam and boiled dumplings). Along with this, you may choose between a side dish of steamed, seasonal vegetables or sautéed Plantain.
