which we normally prepare for the restaurant. Whilst we try to
keep our menu up to date, due to our love of fresh and seasonal
vegetables, our Chef regularly changes some of the dishes depending
upon which ingredients are in season.

Please note,
all our main course meals are served with a choice of either
wild white rice, rice and peas or ground food (green bananas,
boiled yam and boiled dumplings). Along with this, you may
choose between a side dish of steamed, seasonal vegetables
or sautéed Plantain. |

out a tantalizing array of flavors. |

| This is jamaica's national
dish. Ackee fruit with dry salted cod and an assortment
of red and green peppers, seasoned with natural
herbs and served on a bed of Caribbean wild white
rice. |
