A note from the Webmaster: I undertook
this restaurant website as a firm believer in bringing culinary diversity
to Bolton. The need for varying types of restaurants in the Bolton Area is
immense. I don't know about you, but i am sick of only being able to order
Chinese, indian or italian food. In the take away market there is a distinct
lack of healthy options available. Indian food is full of Ghee and fats, Pizza
is greasy and chinese food can be fattening as well. The restaurant market
is just as dire ( with the exception that you can now get some thai food)
Caribbean food has its downside, but if u avoid the fried foods and stick
to delicacies such as Steamed Fish and Rice and peas, you can really get some
good, healthy take away.. healthy food doesn't always have to be bland. I
am certain that once you try Caribbean food, you will be back, so give it
a go... either as take away or even better, in the restaurant and let a little
caribbean sunshine lighten the dull northern winter...
